This year is a tough one!
Right now, a nice winter holiday in the Lungau mountains would be exactly the right thing to free your mind from all worries. But what if "something comes up"? We understand your concerns and have therefore come up with something very special for summer/winter 2021/22. We always put the health and well-being of our employees and guests first.
That is why we have made our cancellation conditions as flexible as possible for the coming winter. To be able to offer you a relaxed and carefree winter vacation.
We guarantee maximum flexibility
The recommendations and regulations of the government and health authorities are changing very rapidly right now. So that you don't have to worry about cancellation and complications with your planned trip, we have created a cancellation promise that guarantees you maximum flexibility.
Our cancellation promise is based on the latest requirements of the Austrian government: Our conditions are therefore closely linked to the Austrian Corona traffic light. The color of this traffic light depends on the current infection rate per region. Here you will find all current information about the situation in Austria, especially Tamsweg in the Salzburger Land, the region in which our holiday oasis, the Liftplatzl, is located: https://corona-ampel.gv.at/
Green light: green cancellation concept
Regardless of the traffic light color, our cancellation conditions are as flexible as possible. This means that you can cancel free of charge one week before the start of your trip, regardless of the reason for your cancellation.
The period from December 30th, 2021 to January 7th, 2022 is excluded from this rule. Here 80% of the booking price will be charged up to 14 days before arrival.
Yellow & orange light: Orange-yellow cancellation concept:
If more cases occur in the region (yellow), or if the infections increase in the region and can no longer be clearly divided into clusters, the Austrian corona traffic light switches to orange.
You can then rebook or cancel your trip free of charge 1 week to 3 days before arrival. This means that you incur 0% cancellation costs.
Red light: Red cancellation concept:
We hope, of course, that you can start your journey to visit us in beautiful St. Michael im Lungau. However, it is important to us that we are prepared for all situations.
If the traffic light turns red, a travel warning or border closure for Salzburg or Austria should be issued, the following cancellation conditions apply:
You can rebook or cancel your trip free of charge 3 days to 24 hours before arrival. Here, too, you incur a 0% cancellation fee.
Travel insurance
For your absolute security, we recommend that you take out travel insurance in addition to our cancellation concept. This also protects you, for example, if you are unable to travel for personal reasons. We can recommend taking out insurance from European travel insurance, which offers you and your loved ones comprehensive travel protection.
