We understand that travel plans can change and we will endeavor to accommodate you as flexibly as possible.

Cancellation conditions for direct reservations:

• Up to 4 weeks in advance: free cancellation possible.
• If you have to cancel your reservation within the last four weeks before your planned stay, we will keep the deposit as a credit for a next stay, which is valid for one year.
